Effective November 2, 2026. This page explains what the Enjoy Dental website collects and how we use it. It covers this website only. Your dental records are handled separately, under the health-privacy laws that apply to our practice. Ask our office if you have questions about them.
What you give us
When you request an appointment, we collect your name and phone number and, depending on the form, your email, how you heard about us, the reason for your visit and your message. Please don’t include medical details in a form.
We also record the page you sent the request from. If you reached us through an ad, we save the ad-click ID and campaign details that came with it.
How we use it
We use your request to contact you and arrange your visit, and to see which pages and ads bring people to our office. We don’t sell your information.
Who handles it
Requests are stored on our website and emailed to our office. Our staff can see them, along with the companies that host our website and deliver our email, which handle this information only to keep those services running.
Analytics and advertising
This site uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads. Using cookies and similar technology, they record things like the pages you visit, buttons you tap (such as a phone number), that a request was sent, your device type and your general location. This helps us see how the site and our ads are working.
We don’t add what you type into our forms to the information we send to Google Analytics or Google Ads. See how Google uses information from sites like ours.
Other services on this site
- Google reCAPTCHA helps keep spam out of our forms. It loads when you start filling in a form and is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Google Maps shows our location. Google may receive information about your visit when the map loads.
- Security and server logs record technical details such as IP addresses, to keep the site safe and running.
Your choices
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works, and you can always call us.
- Opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.
- Manage the ads Google shows you in My Ad Center.
How long we keep it, and how we protect it
We keep form requests for as long as we need them to respond to you and for our office records. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or email system is completely secure, so please call us about anything sensitive.
Children
This website isn’t directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian should request appointments for a child.

Our pages link to other sites, such as Facebook, Instagram and Google. Their own privacy policies apply there.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and its effective date.
